Privacy Policy

What information this site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website (dump-squad.vercel.app) belongs to Dump Squad, a junk removal, cleanout and snow removal company in Massachusetts owned by Jamari Ramos. You can reach us at the phone number below.

Information you give us

When you ask for an estimate or contact us, you may give us your name, phone number, town or address, and details about the job. If you call, text, or email, we receive what you share.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare your estimate, schedule the work, and follow up with you, and to comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your job and property details

To quote and do the work, we may ask about what needs to be hauled, cleared, or plowed, where it is, your address or town, how to access the property, and photos you choose to send. We use these only to estimate, schedule, and complete your job.

We share them only with the crew doing your job and, when items are disposed of, with the recycling or disposal facilities involved. Those facilities don’t receive your contact details. We don’t sell your information.

Please take out anything personal, such as documents, photos, or devices you want wiped, before we haul items away. Once items are hauled off we can’t always get them back. We won’t post photos of your home or property online without your permission.

WhatsApp and the chat assistant

The estimate form and the contact form on this site don’t store your answers. They build a message and open WhatsApp, and nothing reaches us until you press send. WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message under its own privacy policy. The chat assistant runs in your browser and doesn’t send what you type to us or to anyone else.

Photos and videos you add

If you add photos or videos to your estimate, they are uploaded when you choose them, to cloud storage at a long, hard-to-guess link, and those links go in your WhatsApp message. Anyone who has a link can open that file, so please only add what we need to see for the job. We use them only to estimate and do your job. Ask us any time and we’ll delete them.

Using your camera

You can take a photo or record a video right on this site. Your browser asks for permission first, and we only use the camera and microphone while the camera screen is open. Nothing is saved until you press the button to take a photo or finish a recording. You can say no and upload a file instead.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Dump Squad may text you about your request, your appointments, and related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential:

  • The chat assistant stores one small note in your browser so its hello message doesn't keep popping up.

You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser's settings.

Other services we use

Vercel Blob (stores photos and videos you choose to add), WhatsApp/Meta (only when you choose to send us a message there), and Vercel (website hosting), which keeps standard server logs. Each service has its own privacy policy, which governs the information it handles.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices & contact

To ask to see, correct, or delete information you gave us, or to stop receiving messages, call or text (385) 549-0171.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
